We will never book again with this hotel - the facilities wasn’t like the pictures in the web.   1. The room we stayed in is far too small, 2. no furniture for luggages.  3. The stairs down to basement to our room is under construction without carpet.   4. No restaurant at all. 5. No reception, you have to call. 6. The bed is small queen size. It’s difficult for two person to sleep in.

The hotel is at a great location in Old Quebec, close to a lot of attractions and within walking distance. The building is quaint and is a heritage building, which is quite unique. Only thing is that there's no staff on site (they have a virtual front desk) - so the entire check-in process / access is by self-check in. Also being an older building - the room/furniture are a bit old, but the room is clean and well stocked with supplies.

The hotel location was close to Old Quebec so it has high accessibility to these places of interest. However, it would not be recommended to those who do not have transportation available if carrying large luggage or have difficulty going uphill as the hotel is situated on a slope. Do note that as this is a virtual hotel, so there is no staff onsite but they are contactable via the phone number provided and are happy to assist you. Ground floor rooms are located down the stairs from the main area.
